Locally Sourced History in Performance - Ryan Eggensperger

In this residency students create personal connections to history by seeking out local stories elicited from personal interests (music, sports, skateboarding, etc.). Students are guided through the process of researching to write compelling narratives, which are shaped into mini-performances. Students employ and practice storytelling and theatrical techniques before sharing with the group.
